Minimum Qualifications
Requires high school diploma/GED equivalent and related courses in maintenance; valid driver's license; ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds, read and follow blueprints; good written and oral communication skills; knowledge of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry and landscaping functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Maintenance Technology or related field and minimum 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Position Description
Under the direction of VP, Administrative Services, plans and/or monitors the overall staff of maintenance and custodial personnel; coordinates renovation and new construction projects; recommends funding needs and oversees county operating and capital expenditures; coordinates and supervises all activities related to the operation and maintenance of all buildings and grounds and equipment owned by the College.
