Position Description
Director will supervise and manage the educational programs offered through continuing education and customized training programs which will include locations throughout Person County and Caswell County; develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students and faculty in Continuing Education (CE) department; plan, develop, and administer CE programs that reflect needs and expectations of the community and industries; analyze program needs, manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and operational efficiency of CE department; and manage and coordinate grant funded projects.
