Requires Associates degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of four years management information services experience with the NC Community College System and Ellucian/Colleague
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Oversee the operation of server systems; direct and support implementation of software and hardware upgrades; identify and recommend new technology solutions that can be implemented; and manage the PCC Help Desk. Seeing that day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with established principles, policies and procedures.
