Bachelor’s degree in education research, administration, business management, organizational development, or a related field.
Experience in higher education preferred.
The position guides institutional research and effectiveness operations at the college. Primary duties include assisting with college planning, conducting surveys and analysis, and aiding in the evaluation of program effectiveness. Management skills, organization, adherence to detail, and follow-up are essential. Successful candidates should have a strong working knowledge of spreadsheet, databases, and statistical analysis programs. Judgment is needed in interpreting and prescribing guidelines and procedures for institutional effectiveness and program development.
