A bachelor’s degree is required, with three to five years related experience. Licensures, industry-recognized credentials, and significant work experience in industry and vocational occupations may be considered. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Master’s degree preferred
Essential job duties include planning and directing workforce training programs to meet the needs of the county’s workforce; employ and support part-time instructors; prepare semester schedules of program offerings; recruitment of students; implementation of workforce initiatives as they relate to the strategic plan and mission of the college; and assist with other duties as assigned.
