Minimum Qualifications
Requires Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, graphic design, web design, instructional technology, or other design oriented area of study; at least two years’ experience designing courses in Blackboard or Moodle; at least one year experience with video conferencing systems, at least one year experience in ADA compliance for online instruction; good customer service skills, positive attitude and good communication and planning skills; able to interpret faculty needs and produce instructional materials; ability to evaluate whether content is clearly communicated to target audiences.

Position Description
Collaborate with deans and instructors to create esthetically pleasing, pedagogically sound training materials and courses; help coordinate all efforts with faculty, staff, and students to facilitate instruction and provide necessary support services; sustain a thorough understanding of online course management, learning management systems, and other software and hardware in order to provide comprehensive distance education support to faculty, students, and staff.
