Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree and 18 graduate hours from a regionally accredited university in Early Childhood or closely related field such as child development, education, Pre-K education, Preschool. Teaching experience.

Support the Mission of the College and the departmental mission and goals. Provide excellence in teaching and learning through a variety of instructional methods and use of relevant technology. Maintain knowledge of new developments in one’s respective discipline. Analyze program data to determine gaps in student performance, enrollment, retention, etc. Use data to make informed decisions. Keep the administration informed about matters affecting the welfare of students, faculty, and the institution. Attend local, state, and national meetings geared toward andragogy, the academic discipline, enrollment and retention, student support resources, etc. Keep the program’s curriculum competitive and up-to-date. Actively recruit at least 5 CE or CU students per semester (fall/spring).
