Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English as second language (ESL), English as foreign language (EFL), applied linguistics, bilingual education, or second language acquisition from a regionally-accredited institution. Preference will be given to applicants with community college or university teaching experience in curriculum-level EFL.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff. Work hours may include day or evening classes.
Position Description
Duties will include holding office hours, developing syllabi and course plans, and creating and assessing assignments and tests.
