Minimum Qualifications
The EMS Compliance Officer must meet the following minimum qualifications: Minimum of an Associate degree from an accredited college. Preferably in Office Systems Technology or a related field. Two years’ work experience in administrative office management or five years’ work experience as an administrative assistant.

Position Description
The incumbent will have the following duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain all records and student files, in accordance with NCOEMS, NC Community College system, and CoAEMSP/CAAHEP
- Provide administrative support to the EMS Program Director
- Effectively using Datatel, Team IA, and other Registration Management System functions to build sections and register students into the appropriate courses
- Creating contracts and reviewing time sheets for accuracy
- Completing new hire paperwork, to include the I-9 form
- Submitting EMS total payroll for the month
- Responsible for but not limited to, promoting the EMS program along with other programs within Robeson Community College’s umbrella
- Performing other duties as assigned by the EMS Department Chair/ Program Director
