  • Customer service experience, minimum of one year full-time

  • Experience working with student records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Colleague

Position Description

Job Description

The Enrollment Data Assistant is a part-time position located on the LLP Campus in Polkton, NC. Under the direction of the Enrollment Data Coordinator, the Enrollment Data Assistant provides high quality service to students and employees to achieve a high standard of excellence and innovation in support services by supporting the enrollment process, preparing student records, and assisting with other departmental duties as needed.

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records in accordance with FERPA policies
  • Show flexibility and willingness to change and provide additional assistance when needed
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure compliance of state and college policies and procedures
  • Manage and process incoming Career and College Promise paperwork (i.e. applications and unofficial transcripts)
  • Serve as a backup contact for Career Coaches for data entry and scanning processes
  • Be familiar with Residency Determination Services
  • Be familiar with general information regarding Career and College Promise policies and procedures
  • Assist with document imaging students’ records/files to include clean up and maintenance of files
  • Maintain integrity of the institution through accountability, accuracy and ethical behavior
  • Perform other duties as assigned
