Minimum Qualifications
Requires Bachelor’s degree with one year of experience in related field or Associate’s degree in education or related field with three years of experience in related field; two years of experience in customer service, administrative position, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience working in higher education and experience with social media, websites, and marketing.
Position Description
Coordinates and administers student support services to enrolled and prospective students during evening and weekend hours. Support services include but are not limited to admissions application, FAFSA application, course registration, graduation processing, withdrawals, hosting information sessions, and coordinating evening student orientations.
