Minimum Qualifications
Must have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a regionally accredited institution. Candidate must be a self-starter, process oriented and possess strong organizational, leadership, administrative support and communication skills. OSHA-10 certification or the ability to obtain certification within 18 months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years of office experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, data entry and Google documents is required. Requires initiative and confidentiality to establish work priorities and organization to meet required demanding schedules. Sound judgment, professionalism, positive demeanor and the ability to work with others is required. A National Career Readiness Certificate and bilingual are preferred.
Position Description
Serve as executive assistant to the Vice President of Academic & Student Services, and Vice President of Operations. Provide excellent customer service, phone coverage, and email communications. Receive, open, and sort mail; distribute relevant mail to appropriate personnel. Maintain files for the divisions in a logical, discernable, system of filing. Maintain calendars, facilitate and schedule meetings as required. Maintain travel reimbursements, purchase orders, work order requests and requisitions. Compose and produce memos, letters, and forms. Prepare for meetings, assist with set-up, and serve as recording secretary. Assist with various building, equipment, and other related inspections. Assist with maintenance of files, reporting, and compliance.
