Minimum Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education required.

• Minimum of three years of work experience with a combination of duties that include collecting and analyzing data; managing high- level projects; and curriculum development/program analysis in a higher education environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Evidence of effective management, supervision and evaluation of the work of others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with data analytics preferred.

POSITION

Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

The Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness provides leadership and direction for institutional research and college-wide strategic planning functions.  The Executive Director enables the college to meet its mission and maintain its accreditation by applying advanced knowledge of planning principles, institutional research methodologies, complex statistical analyses, survey design and administration, and best practices of outcomes assessment to monitor institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement. The Executive Director reports to the Vice President for Instruction, is a member of the President’s Cabinet, and serves as the College’s Accreditation Liaison
