Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in field related to facility operations and maintenance, AND four (4) years of experience in facilities operations or maintenance; OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- Must have at least one of the certifications/licenses:
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
- State Technician’s Certification
- Electrician’s License
- Plumber’s License
- HVAC State Certification
- General Contractor license.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more of the following certifications/licenses:

Position Description
Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking a full-time Facility Services Supervisor who will coordinate assigned Facility Operations and Maintenance activities and supervise skilled, semi- skilled, grounds, and housekeeping staff engaged in the operations and maintenance of assigned facilities.
