Qualifications Required: 

• Master’s Degree in Agriculture or a Master’s Degree in a closely related field with 18 graduate credit hours in Agriculture or related discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to demonstrate skills needed for successful farm operations (including, but not limited to, the ability to set up a garden/grow space and drive a tractor).
• Strong computer skills and commitment to the use of technology in instruction. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Ability to work effectively and collegially with others in a team environment.
• Familiarity with and appreciation for the mission of a comprehensive community college.
