Position Description
Sandhills Community College seeks applications for a Financial Aid Associate. This position serves as primary customer service representative for the financial aid department and reports to the Director of Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs. Some of the duties include; providing excellent customer service to students, assisting students with the financial aid application process, processing financial aid refunds, supervising work-study students, and overseeing the financial aid computer lab.
