Required:
• High School Diploma/GED

Position Description
The Food Service Staff position is full-time 10 month position and reports to the Manager, Food Service Operations. Responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists the Manager, Food Services with campus food service operations, ordering food and supplies, cleaning of kitchen and seating areas, and maintaining equipment.
2. Maintaining an "A" sanitation grade from the county health inspector.
3. Assists in promoting customer service that engages students, faculty, and staff to create a welcoming atmosphere
4. Ensures that quality food is served in a sanitary and safe manner, including a pleasing presentation.
5. Serves as back-up to the Manager in his/her absence.
6. Follows College internal controls and procedures.
7. Personally maintains a clean, sanitary appearance.
8. Performs other duties as assigned, which support the purpose and initiatives of the College.
9. Obtain & maintain ServSafe certification
