Education Minimum:  High School Diploma, GED or higher  

Experience Minimum:  One (1) to Three (3) years of communications and/or marketing experience in a complex, dynamic environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

Education Preferred:   Associate degree in marketing, sales or related field.

Experience Preferred:  Higher education experience preferred.

Position Description

Summary:
The Communications and Marketing CRM Coordinator is responsible for the efficient execution of tasks related to the College’s customer relationship/retention management (CRM) software, its content, and other content coordination across digital platforms. This role supports cross-platform, multi-media digital marketing strategies, particularly as they relate to the CRM. The person who fills this role requires creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to work well with others and independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • User and workflow management within the CRM
  • Executing communications and marketing campaigns
  • Content creation and management within the CRM and on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Develops, implements, and optimizes communications and marketing strategies which align with departmental goals in the CRM
  • Seeks out engaging content for emails, pages, and workflows within the CRM
  • Collaborates on communications and marketing strategies
  • Manage and complete incoming customer service tickets or assign to appropriate team member
  • Assist in collecting, compiling and presenting data to support CRM communications and marketing strategies and campaign results 
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills, abilities, and worker characteristics: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere / Rush 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and social platform insights
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively 

 Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position does not supervise anyone.

Mathematical Skills                                                  

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 
 Computer Skills                                            
Knowledge of Microsoft Products as used in overall management in an educational environment is required. Experience creating publications and digital content using various authoring tools is preferred.
