Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling required. Microsoft Office skills and experience with digital platforms, required. The successful candidate must be able to obtain a base permit for access aboard military installation sites within thirty (30) calendar days of being notified of selection.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience in a community college or higher education setting preferred.
Position Description
By utilizing a case management approach, promote retention, progression, and completion through the employment of high impact practices; represent the College in recruitment and community activities; collaborate with faculty and staff in support of the College’s comprehensive success model; provide educational, career, and limited personal/social counseling services; and assist with other essential functions of the Student Services Division to enhance student success initiatives. Daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.
Salary: Based on education and experience.
Start Date: March 1, 2022.
Closing Date: February 1, 2022, or open until filled.
