Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and an Associate degree in an office or computer related field, or two (2) years of progressively responsible office experience, required.

Preferred Qualifications

Colleague experience, preferred.

Position Description

Provide assistance to full and part-time faculty and staff, and to applicants for employment in support of the Office of Personnel Services and Workplace Safety.  Receive and publish position vacancy announcements; maintain applicant database; process new employees; record messages, receive visitors, schedule appointments and maintain calendar; prepare routine correspondence, purchase orders, and check requests; provide general clerical assistance to support the operation of the Office of Personnel Services and Workplace Safety; and perform other duties as assigned.

Salary:  $2,650.00 per month.

Start Date:  November 1, 2022.

Closing Date:  October 9, 2022, or open until filled.
