Position Description
The Early Engagement Success Coach is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive success model to support at-risk students in their attainment of goals and progression toward degree completion. The Early Engagement Success Coach will work in collaboration with faculty and staff in order to maintain ongoing communication with at-risk students by using a case management approach to promote retention, progression, and completion, as well as work closely with other Success Coaches to employ high impact practices that advance student success initiatives. The Early Engagement Success Coach serves as the primary point of contact for the Minority Male Success Initiative; in addition, the Early Engagement Success Coach will provide support and assist with other essential functions of the Student Services Division. This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel, required.
Start Date: August 1, 2024.
Salary: $3,120.00 minimum monthly salary with final determination based upon education and experience.
Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
