High school diploma or equivalent, required. Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills, in addition to the ability to work with minimal supervision, required. Must possess North Carolina Notary licensure, or be willing to obtain it at the cost of the College, within 120 days of employment. Daytime position with some scheduled evening or weekend work (before and/or after regularly scheduled hours) and local travel required.

Position Description
Assist individuals in completing financial aid applications and rectifying any problems. Assist in reviewing prospective student aid applications and determining financial aid eligibility and amounts for electronic processing. Answer telephones, take messages, and independently secure information to resolve questions and provide responses where applicable. Build and maintain student financial aid files. Assist with information/orientation sessions related to financial aid, assist with data collection for preparation of reports and correspondence and notifications to students, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening or weekend work (before and/or after regularly scheduled hours) and local travel required.
Salary: $2,600.00 per month.
Start Date: March 11, 2024.
Closing Date: February 18, 2024, or open until filled.
