Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities.
Inspect buildings and equipment for needed repairs and maintenance.  Maintain mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems as appropriate.

Closing Date:  December 10, 2023, or open until filled.
Start Date:  January 2, 2024.
Standard Working Hours:  Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Salary: $2,650.00 per month.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid North Carolina Driver's License.  Candidate must have the ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and a 40' articulating lift.  Must possess applicable electrical skills for commercial buildings.  Also must be able to perform basic plumbing, heating and cooling systems operations.
