Bachelor's degree, required.  Experience facilitating course development and delivery using Blackboard, required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with web-based learning tools and resources, required.  Master's degree and prior work experience in a community college setting, preferred.  Experience providing professional development training using Blackboard, preferred.

Position Description

Responsible for providing not only one-on-one instructional technology support to distance learning students but also professional development for faculty on digital platforms and learning management system tools and resources.  Work in collaboration with faculty and staff in order to maintain ongoing communication with distance learning students by using a case management approach to promote retention, progression, and completion.  Assist with other essential functions of the Student Services Division.   This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel, required.  This is a grant funded position, contingent upon continued funding.

Salary:  Based on education and experience.

Start Date:  January 3, 2023.

Closing Date:  December 1, 2022, or open until filled.
