Minimum Qualifications
Required: A master's degree in History or a master's degree + 18 graduate credit hours in History and teaching experience. Degree and coursework must be from a regionally accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
Community college or university teaching experience in sociology; experience teaching online courses; familiarity with Moodle.

Applicants should be qualified through education and work experience to teach a variety of courses in history including, but not limited to American History I & II and World Civilizations I & II.
Example of Duties:
- Teach according to the college load formula
- Teach history courses on campus in a seated format
