Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Housekeeping position. The successful applicant will perform a variety of facility maintenance and building cleaning tasks related to the upkeep and operation of campus facilities. Duties

Trash removal from facilities.
Perform operations involved with recycling program. 
Cleaning and conditioning of restrooms, classrooms, labs, offices, and common spaces.
Setup and removal of arrangements for college functions and events.
Moving and relocation of offices, laboratories, and classroom furnishings and supplies. 
Perform general litter control with established building limits. 
Assist with snow and ice removal during inclement weather. 
Perform moderately heavy manual work including lifting and moving objects and supplies. 
Operate a variety of cleaning equipment. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. 
Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Perform related duties as assigned.
