Position Description
The purpose of this position is to support the Human Resources and Organizational Development department by performing general human resources tasks. Maintains confidential personnel records for all college employees and processes personnel changes as requested. Responsible for managing employee leave and the online applicant tracking system. Ensures that all employees abide by the College’s policies and procedures as they pertain to recruitment and appointment.
