Associate degree (A.S., A.A.) or two year technical certificate in Human Resources or related field; and 3-5 years of related experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience utilizing NeoGov, Colleague, and/or another HRIS system.
The successful candidate will perform specialized duties in support of the College's Human Resources Department.
Example of Duties
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Management of the College's recruitment and selection procedures, including management of the automated applicant tracking and onboarding systems.
Verifications of employment
Preparation and distribution of employment contracts
Management of College's training database
Maintenance of College's organizational charts
Assists in special event planning
Personnel file management and other office records
Develops ad hoc reports from a variety of resources, including Colleague, the College's HRIS, and NeoGov, the College's applicant tracking and onboarding system
Assists with organizational training efforts
Develops written standard operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
