- Ten or more years of direct experience in the HVAC field or Associate Degree/Certification in HVAC from an accredited Institution
- Current HVAC license
- Must be willing to obtain the National Center for Construction Education and Research Certification (NCCER)
- Must be able to work 8 to 20 hours a week
- Proven record of excellent computer skills
- Day and evening instructors needed
Preferred Qualifications
- National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) certification and teaching experience is a plus.

Position Description
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: classroom and laboratory instruction, examination preparation and grading and preparing students for a rewarding career in HVAC/R.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides students with hand on training as well as textbook training as needed to succeed in the HVAC/R field
- Instruct students in the techniques of HVAC/R
- Ensures that all necessary documentation is kept current and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensures that an accurate and current materials are being used in the classroom
- Willing to prepare and update material/outlines for adult learning styles
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Ten or more years of direct experience in the HVAC field or Associate Degree/Certification in HVAC from an accredited Institution
- Current HVAC license
- Must be willing to obtain the National Center for Construction Education and Research Certification (NCCER)
