Requires High School Diploma or Adult High School Equivalency
Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field from a regionally accredited institution preferred; one year’s experience in help desk environment preferred
Provides end user information technology support for all college users; first line helpdesk support for technical issues; deploys and supports computers, classroom multimedia equipment, ITV classroom; and resolves hardware and software issues as necessary on both Person and Caswell campuses.
