Serve as the College’s primary professional support staff for Innovative High Schools students, administration, and faculty. Foster the development of positive relationships between the College and Henderson County Public Schools by bridging the gap and maintaining open lines of communication.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor degree in education or business related area required. Masters Degree in education administration or counseling desired. 

Experience:
• Three years experience at postsecondary institution preferred.
• Bilingual preferred, at a minimum, the ability to understand and to make one’s self understood to all Spanish speaking individuals

Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess strong personal and professional integrity, good verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
Strong leadership skills as well as excellent customer service and/or people skills.
Self-motivated with emphasis on follow through for task completion.
Microsoft Office computer skills and ability to use the College computer information system, Colleague.

Physical Demands:
The ability to perform all duties associated with the position including, but not limited to lifting, prolonged standing, sitting, bending, stooping, and operating or performing work with associated tools and machines.
