Position Description
Provide daily management of ABS instructional processes, office procedures, and student files; convey excellent customer services as first point of contact for students and staff; work collaboratively with other ABS partners and PCC staff; assist with program marketing and recruiting efforts by creating promotional materials; submit reports accurately before deadline, to include payroll documents, time and effort/coordination reports, budget requests, and ABS class audit packages; monitor program performance using the Literacy Education Information System and NCCCS requirements and implement new strategies to increase performance measures.
