Minimum Qualifications

Requires Associates Degree in Electrical Power Plant, Electrical Systems, Industrial Systems, Mechatronics Engineering Technology or related field from regionally accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and two years teaching experience in traditional setting preferred; proficiency in technology and commitment to student learning in student centered learning environment. 

Position Description

Instruct courses in the Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum; Electrical Power Plant Technology, Electrical Systems Technology, Industrial Systems Technology, and Mechatronics Engineering Technology to college and high school students on the Person and Caswell campuses; provide instruction for  contract training and continuing education as needed; perform advising, student retention efforts, and provide all necessary support duties.
