Minimum Qualifications
Requires certification or completed coursework in A/C, heating, and refrigeration technology or related field from a regionally accredited institution; minimum of one year of residential and/or commercial A/C, heating, and refrigeration work experience; EPA Refrigerant Recovery certification required
Preferred Qualifications
NC HVAC Contracting License preferred; and one year teaching experience preferred.
Position Description
Provide professional and technical instruction on Heating, Ventilation, and A/C (HVAC) skills for incarcerated individuals for post-incarceration employment opportunities.
