Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years of work experience in an industrial setting. Possess skills in multiple trades, to include industrial, maintenance, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, machining, welding, automation, PLC, and CNC. Applicant may not have experience in all trades listed but willing to receive training in areas of need. Applicants with diplomas and adequate trade experience will be considered. Flexible schedule to include day and evening hours, online, and hybrid courses. Copies of official transcripts/certificates required prior to contract delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree or higher. Previous experience teaching or training. Computer skills needed to perform required tasks and willingness to be trained on systems used by the college. Industry or national certifications also a plus.
