Minimum Qualifications
Requires minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and certification through Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) or willingness to obtain certification to teach required classes within three months; minimum of five year’s work experience in manufacturing setting and ability to operate and train individuals on forklift; ability to become OSHA 10 Certified Instructor within three months.

Online teaching experience preferred
Position Description
Provide Continuing Education instruction for skills training courses delivered through PCC’s Workforce Certification Academy; provide HRD instruction for Orientation and Job Search courses delivered prior to and after skills training; prepare students for online certification assessments and tutoring for those who need to retest; identify and provide course development for new programs; and instruct assigned courses.
