Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED; with five to seven years’ experience in maintenance.
Essential job duties include: ability to perform general electrical and plumbing duties; ability to provide upkeep of facilities and grounds; landscaping; general maintaining of equipment; and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
