Under the direction of the Director of Facilities the Maintenance Technician III position performs a wide variety of miscellaneous mechanical and building trade tasks in the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Essential job duties include:  performs inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, operates and assists in maintenance of electrical and pneumatic control systems, lead projects for renovation or repairs, assist Director of Facility Services and/or lead in the Director’s absence, ability to perform general electrical and plumbing duties; ability to provide upkeep of facilities and grounds; landscaping; general maintaining of equipment; and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
