Minimum Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma/Equivalency and three years work experience in facilities maintenance including grounds, electrical/HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair.   

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree and electrical/HVAC license preferred.

Position Description

Perform tasks involving maintenance of buildings and grounds, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment; environmental and safety tasks including reporting or eliminating potentially hazardous conditions; responding to needed emergencies or alarms and coordinating necessary response until relieved by emergency personnel or campus administrator; and conducting monthly safety inspections on emergency equipment at the Caswell County Campus.
