Math tutor to tutor and teach Adult Basic Education and Adult Secondary Education students. Responsibilities include planning and providing tutoring and teaching sessions to students, providing support activities for optimal learning, monitoring student progress, and completing all required paperwork. Tutor students for a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of twenty-five (25) hours per week between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 pm., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Schedules will vary based on availability. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the subject area, education, or related field, required. Previous tutoring and/or teaching experience required.
Salary: Bachelor’s rate: $15.00 or Master’s rate: $17.50 per hour.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
