Minimum of five years current experience in an automation related field, including PLCs and robotics. Experience in training adults preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills preferred. Ability to utilize different instructional techniques for classroom and hands-on laboratory training.
Responsible for training adults in automation and general manufacturing principles with and emphasis on PLCs and robotics. This includes helping trainees to be successful in mastering program content. This position is responsible for maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge in these content areas, as well as interfacing with business and industry to ensure training is applicable to local industry needs. Responsibilities include assisting with course development.
