Associate's degree in electronics or automation engineering (or related field) required.
Minimum of three years current experience in an automation related field.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills preferred. Ability to utilize different instructional techniques for classroom and hands-on laboratory training.
Bachelor's in engineering or related field preferred.
Experience and/or training in PLCs and robotics strongly preferred. Experience in training adults preferred.
Responsible for training adults in automation and general manufacturing principles. This includes helping trainees to be successful in mastering program content. This position is responsible for maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge in these content areas, as well as interfacing with business and industry to ensure training is applicable to local industry needs. Responsibilities include assisting with course development.
