Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related business field required. Strong computer and written communication skills. Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of community building. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives without direct supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Position Description

This position is responsible for working directly with WIOA-eligible Montgomery County residents to secure training and employment opportunities. This staff member provides personalized career assistance to each program participant, analyzing their work background, skills and interests to customize a career plan. This position will provide customer service and front desk coverage for the career center.
