Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree or related experience. Ideal candidates have experience with Community College students, experience with Student Conduct Management Systems and have experience responding to student crises and developing crisis response strategies.

Position Description

The Executive Director, Student Success South Campus & College Civility coordinates the student conduct program; adjudicates student conduct cases; coordinates selection, training and scheduling for hearing committees. The Executive Director serves as the Title IX deputy officer with responsibility for implementation of the College’s Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, and the Campus SaVE Act, as well as related State legislated mandates.

The Executive Director, Student Success South Campus & College Civility will be responsible for daily support of staff at the College’s Trinity Church Road location and staff within the Department of Student Life & Leadership. Ideal candidates have experience with diverse student populations. Experience should include a demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of an educational environment promoting a culture of civility. Candidates seeking this position should possess the ability to foster a collaborative work environment using good judgement, good decision making and problem solving abilities.
