Position Description
Job Description
The College Compliance Coordinator is a part-time position located on the OCH Campus in Monroe, NC. Under the direction of the Internal Auditor, the College Compliance Coordinator will be knowledgeable of the business processes to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations. This individual will support the department with the review process and other processes and software in support of compliance.
Job Duties
· Assist with examination of rosters and Learning Management System (LMS) reports to ensure accurate attendance is recorded, LMS reports are submitted and correct; and follow-up with faculty for missing or inaccurate documentation
· Assist with audit and follow-up of Career and College Readiness (CCR), Career and College Promise (CCP), and Financial Aid records
· Assist with CE Master class files to ensure the maintenance of accurate and appropriate student, instructor, and course program documentation
· Assist with Compliance Reviews
· May communicate with faculty, Success Navigators, Coordinators, and Program Directors to correct errors
· May review course schedules to ensure accurate census dates
· Assist with development and maintenance of Internal Audit manual
· Maintain documentation that supports the College Compliance Strategic Plan
· Review/assist with college calendars to ensure accuracy
· Assist with data entry/clean-up in Student Management System(s)
· Assist with administration of the Policies and Procedures Manual and redesign process
· Maintain a library of updated regulations and guidance from NCCCS
· Comply with all college policies rules and regulations
· Assist with Curriculum and Continuing Education course import and maintenance
· Perform other duties as assigned
