Minimum Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a registered nurse in North Carolina. MSN (from an accredited institution) strongly preferred, or be enrolled in master’s program (at an accredited institution and obtain degree within two years of initial full time employment). Must have a minimum of two calendar years prior experience as an RN in direct patient care
Preferred Qualifications
Maternal Child nursing experience strongly preferred.
Position Description
OPEN UNTIL FILLED
9 month position with potential supplemental summer employment
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:Will be involved with all aspects of the curriculum to include planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Also responsible for supervising clinical learning experiences and monitoring student evaluations. Supervises students in lab activities. Advises students in their academic and professional plans. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with faculty, staff, students and others.
