Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Adult Education, Higher Education Administration, or related discipline

Two years leadership experience in workforce and economic development, business, or higher education

Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
 
Possesses a clean driving record and the ability to travel throughout the county

Preferred Qualifications

Two years direct experience with managing a Customer Relationship Management program
 
Two years experience working in a Community College

Position Description

Pay Grade: Manager 7

This position will provide oversight and administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support the revenue generating division of Corporate and Business Solutions. In addition, this position is also responsible for managing relationships between College and strategic business partnerships with external corporations. This includes but is not limited to crafting legal agreements, negotiating terms, establishing inter-agency business processes, and ensuring alignment of said partnerships with the organizational goals of Wake Technical Community College.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. *Supervises and evaluates division operational support staff
 
*Acts as system administrator of the college's Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) which includes designing and implementation, troubleshooting problems, developing workflows, and monitoring system operations

*Designs, implements, analyzes, deploys, documents, and manages business processes for all phases of client work for Corporate and Business Solutions

*Provides guidance, conducts training sessions and develops teaching materials for CRM knowledge for users within the College

*Actively makes assessments and co-develops effective and cost-effective training solutions as related to the business and industry partners' company's organizational goals through collaboration with external and internal program developers, clients and instructors

*Project leader for a Marketing Automation provider search, evaluation and recommendation to WCE leadership; Partners with Marketing & Communications Department to develop "go to market" strategy and implementation for Corporate and Business Solutions

  *Serves as the main point of contact for CBS' largest training vendor and liaison between vendor and other WTCC departments; includes vendor management and coordination of project delivery/kick-off; coordinates scheduling of instructors and facilities with client and vendor; develops business relationships within vendor's organization and facilitates this training partnership.

Manages, negotiates, oversees, and administers partner, client, and vendor contracts as directed by the Executive Director

Maintains the Corporate and Business Solutions website

Produces monthly, quarterly, and yearly contact, contract, and sales and financial reports

Manages part-time, hourly instructors and training vendors

Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures for CRM system administration and appropriate use

Ensures and oversees adherence to the policies of the State Board of Community Colleges and compliance with North Carolina General Statutes regarding completion of required documentation regarding all open enrollment and corporate course offerings
 
Participates on committees and special projects as assigned
