High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), and two (2) years of clerical, customer service, or office experience.
The Operations Support Center Specialist will support The Division of Corporate and Continuing Education and will report to the Executive Director. This is a temporary position for 6-8 months and may be renewed. The team member is responsible for processing requests in a timely and efficient manner. This position will work well with other team members to ensure accuracy to internal and external customers. The Operations Support Specialist will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
The Operations Support team is responsible for a variety of functions to include:
1) Course section building,
2) Course section registration/closeout grading
3) Ensuring state reporting/audit requirements are met.
5) Data entry
6) Contract and course roster preparation
7) Customer Service; and
8) Other operations support center duties as needed.
