Experience with data entry
Position Description
Provide office support functions for the College and Career Readiness Department.
- Serve as receptionist, answer phone, take messages, answer questions, and provide information
- Prepare memos, letters, forms, and other correspondence
- Create and maintain various student reports for CCR program and partner agencies
- Provide communication and coordination for students, faculty, and visitors
- Maintain files within division/unit as assigned; such as minor release forms
- Order, maintain, and inventory supplies
- Develops and designs appropriate forms, brochures, and flyers as requested
- Participates in staff development, division meetings, and college activities as requested or assigned
- Assist CCR Data Specialist with the input of student LEIS information into Colleague
- Monitor the accuracy of course rolls through Web Attendance Tracker and ADVANSYS
- Conduct CASAS testing
Perform other duties as assigned.
