Experience with data entry

Position Description

Provide office support functions for the College and Career Readiness Department.

  • Serve as receptionist, answer phone, take messages, answer questions, and provide information
  • Prepare memos, letters, forms, and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain various student reports for CCR program and partner agencies
  • Provide communication and coordination for students, faculty, and visitors
  • Maintain files within division/unit as assigned; such as minor release forms
  • Order, maintain, and inventory supplies
  • Develops and designs appropriate forms, brochures, and flyers as requested
  • Participates in staff development, division meetings, and college activities as requested or assigned
  • Assist CCR Data Specialist with the input of student LEIS information into Colleague
  • Monitor the accuracy of course rolls through Web Attendance Tracker and ADVANSYS
  • Conduct CASAS testing
