Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in any field or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Provides administrative support and customer service to the Adult Learning Center and Enrollment Services.
Position Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position supports the work in the Adult Learning Center by assisting adults who are transitioning back to school following the COVID-19 pandemic. It provides support to students by assisting with identifying sources of financial aid, directing students to respective accommodations, answering student phone inquiries, and other tasks as needed in the department. Individuals will be responsible for general knowledge about career and campus resources to support student success.
Assists in preparing Division and Departmental marketing materials.
Participates in workshops, seminars, and other staff development activities as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
